Built from solid carbide, this single-end tool features a 0.04-inch cutting diameter, a 0.12-inch length of cut, and a 1/8-inch shank diameter with an overall length of 1.5 inches. The 4-flute geometry paired with a 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes in hardened and abrasive materials. An AlTiN coating extends tool life by improving heat resistance and reducing friction at the cutting edge. This end mill is centercutting, allowing direct plunge entry into the workpiece.
