Built from solid carbide and coated with AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride), this tool handles high-temperature cutting environments typical of ferrous metals and hardened steels. The 0.0070-inch corner radius produces clean, consistent edge profiles without secondary deburring operations. At 0.1250 inches in diameter with a matching 0.1250-inch shank, this is a small-diameter tool intended for tight geometries and fine detail work in machined components.
This end mill is suited for CNC milling operations in job shops, tool rooms, and production environments where precise corner radii are required on ferrous and non-ferrous workpieces. The double-end configuration delivers two usable cutting ends per tool, extending service life before replacement.
