The HARVEY TOOL 62625-C6 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-precision milling in demanding applications. With a 0.025 inch cutting diameter and a 0.125 inch length of cut, this tool is built for fine detail work and tight-tolerance features in hard and abrasive materials. The AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) coating extends tool life by improving heat resistance and surface hardness at the cutting edge. Four flutes and a 41-degree variable helix geometry work together to improve chip evacuation and reduce chatter during cut. Licensed machinists and CNC operators use this end mill in production and prototype environments where dimensional accuracy is critical.
