The HARVEY TOOL 57916-C6 is a 7-flute solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in ferrous and hardened materials. With a 1/4 inch cutting diameter and a 3/4 inch length of cut, this single-end tool is engineered for finishing passes and aggressive material removal in tight-tolerance applications. The AlTiN coating provides thermal resistance and surface hardness, extending tool life in dry or semi-dry cutting conditions. A variable helix geometry at 41 degrees reduces harmonic vibration and chatter, making it well suited for challenging workpiece materials.
