The HARVEY TOOL 41616 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It features a 1/4 inch cutting diameter with a 0.01 inch corner radius, three right-hand helical flutes, and a 30-degree helix angle. The stub flute geometry paired with an extended reach of 1.25 inches makes this tool suited for deep-pocket and long-reach milling applications where rigidity and tight corner tolerances are critical. The uncoated bright finish is appropriate for a wide range of materials and allows for easy wear inspection during use. A licensed machinist or CNC mill operator is the typical end user.
