The HARVEY TOOL 41608-C3 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in demanding materials including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals. Built on the Miniature End Mills Long Reach Stub Flute series, it features a 1/8 inch mill diameter with a 0.01 inch corner radius and three flutes for a balance of chip evacuation and surface finish. The extended reach geometry and stub flute configuration make it well suited for deep-pocket work and tight-clearance applications where a standard-length end mill cannot reach. The AlTiN PVD coating provides oxidation resistance and extended tool life at elevated cutting temperatures.

This end mill is used in CNC machining centers and manual mills for finish and roughing passes on ferrous and non-ferrous workpieces. The long reach design with a 5/8 inch reach length and 3/16 inch length of cut is a common fit for mold and die work, aerospace components, and precision part manufacturing where corner radii control is critical.
