The HARVEY TOOL 34660 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in tight-tolerance applications. With a 0.060 inch (1/16 inch) cutting diameter and a 3-flute geometry, it delivers clean finishes and efficient chip evacuation in small-feature work. The 30-degree helix angle balances cutting forces for stability at small diameters. This tool is centercutting, allowing direct plunge entry without a pre-drilled start hole. It is uncoated and right-hand cut with right-hand flutes. The 0.125 inch (1/8 inch) shank fits standard collet chucks and end mill holders found in most vertical machining centers and CNC routers.

This end mill is suited for milling small slots, pockets, and contours in materials such as aluminum, brass, plastics, and softer steels where fine detail and dimensional accuracy are required. The 0.090 inch (3/32 inch) length of cut limits axial engagement, making it appropriate for shallow-feature work and finish passes rather than deep roughing.
