The HARVEY TOOL 33693-C3 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in demanding machining environments. With a 3/32 inch (0.093 inch) cutting diameter, 3/4 inch length of cut, and three right-hand spiral flutes at a 30-degree helix angle, this single-end tool delivers clean, accurate cuts in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) coating increases surface hardness and heat resistance, extending tool life in high-temperature cutting conditions. This end mill is sized for fine-detail work and is suited for CNC machining centers and manual mills running at appropriate speeds and feeds for carbide tooling.
This end mill is used in precision machining applications where a small-diameter, center-cutting tool is required. The long-length classification and 3/4 inch length of cut allow access to deeper features than standard-length tools of the same diameter. Typical applications include slot milling, profiling, and pocket milling in tool steels, stainless steels, hardened materials, aluminum alloys, and composites. The right-hand cutting direction is standard for conventional CNC mill setups. Machinists and tool-and-die professionals working with tight tolerances and small-diameter features will find this tool appropriately specified for that work.
Designed as a direct-fit replacement or standard selection for CNC machining centers and manual mills accepting a 1/8 inch shank diameter. Compatible with collets, ER-style chucks, and end mill holders sized for 1/8 inch shank tooling.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist following safe tooling change procedures. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and machine power is off before changing tooling. Seat the 1/8 inch shank fully into the collet or tool holder and torque the retention mechanism to the tool holder manufacturer's specification. Verify runout with a dial indicator before beginning cuts, especially given the small diameter of this tool, which is sensitive to deflection at higher depths of cut.
