The HARVEY TOOL 33302 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metalworking and machining applications. With a 0.109 inch (7/64 inch) cutting diameter and a 0.164 inch length of cut, this end mill is built for tight-tolerance work in small-diameter profiles. The 1/8 inch shank diameter and 2.5 inch overall length make it compatible with standard collets and tool holders found on CNC machining centers and manual mills. A 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. The bright, uncoated carbide construction suits a wide range of workpiece materials. This tool is installed and operated by machinists and CNC technicians.
This end mill is suited for slotting, profiling, and contouring in small-part machining environments, including aerospace, medical device, and general precision manufacturing. The 0.57 inch reach length and extended-reach geometry allow access to deeper features without interference. The length of cut falls within the 0.100 to 0.200 inch range, making it appropriate for light depth-of-cut passes in harder materials or full-slot passes in softer alloys. Right-hand cut and right-hand flute configuration are standard for conventional CNC milling setups.
Designed for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills equipped with 1/8 inch collets or tool holders; no specific model compatibility data was provided with this product.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC technician. Ensure the machine spindle is fully powered down and at rest before inserting or removing the end mill from the collet. Verify the shank is fully seated to the recommended engagement depth in the collet and that the collet nut is properly torqued per the tool holder manufacturer specifications. Inspect the cutting edges for chips or damage before each use, as carbide tooling is brittle and sensitive to improper handling.
