This end mill is installed by qualified machinists or tooling technicians. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is powered down before changing tooling. Use a properly sized collet or toolholder rated for the 0.125-inch shank to maintain concentricity and prevent runout. At micro diameters, even small amounts of runout can cause premature breakage, so verify toolholder condition and collet cleanliness before installation.
