The HARVEY TOOL 28193 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in a wide range of metalworking and machining applications. At 0.0930 inches in diameter with a 0.0150-inch corner radius, this miniature end mill is built for tight-tolerance work where edge integrity and dimensional accuracy are critical. The 4-flute, right-hand spiral geometry supports both roughing and finishing operations in a single tool. With a 1.75-inch length of cut and a bright, uncoated surface finish, it suits applications where coating is not required or where base carbide performance is preferred. Licensed machinists and CNC operators install this tool in standard straight-shank toolholders.
This end mill fits into the HARVEY TOOL Miniature End Mills - Corner Radius - Stub and Standard series. It is suited for use on CNC machining centers and manual mills working in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, non-ferrous metals, composites, and wood. The 1/8-inch straight-cylindrical shank fits a broad range of collet-style and shrink-fit toolholders. The center-cutting design allows plunge entry, expanding the range of possible toolpaths. It is commonly selected for small-feature milling, contour work, and blending operations where a sharp corner is not acceptable and a controlled radius is required.
Designed as an OEM-style fit for straight-shank collet toolholders and shrink-fit holders accepting a 1/8-inch shank diameter. Suitable for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills as part of the HARVEY TOOL Miniature End Mills - Corner Radius - Stub and Standard series.
Installation is performed by qualified machinists or CNC setup technicians. Power down and de-energize the machine spindle fully before changing tooling. Ensure the shank is clean and seated fully in the toolholder before torquing the collet or retention mechanism per the toolholder manufacturer specifications. Confirm runout is within acceptable limits before beginning a cut, as miniature-diameter carbide tools are sensitive to excessive runout and can fracture under off-center loading.
