The HARVEY TOOL 26330-C3 is a miniature corner radius end mill designed for precision metal removal in tight-tolerance machining applications. Built from solid carbide with an AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) PVD coating, this single-end tool runs a 0.03-inch cutting diameter with a 0.005-inch corner radius and four right-hand spiral flutes. The stub-standard geometry keeps the overall length at 1.5 inches while maintaining a 0.09-inch length of cut, making it well-suited for high-speed finishing and light roughing passes where rigidity and dimensional accuracy are critical. Licensed machinists and CNC tooling technicians select this tool for work where miniature geometry is non-negotiable.
This end mill is built for both roughing and finishing operations on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and composite materials. The miniature stub-standard profile is commonly used in mold and die work, medical component machining, aerospace detail parts, and any application requiring small-diameter cutting with minimal deflection. The 1/8-inch straight cylindrical shank fits standard collet-style toolholders used in CNC machining centers and high-speed spindles. The AlTiN coating supports elevated cutting temperatures common in ferrous and hard-material applications.
Compatible with standard collet-style toolholders and shrink-fit holders accepting a 1/8-inch straight cylindrical shank. Suitable for use with CNC machining centers and high-speed spindles configured for miniature end mill tooling. Primary workpiece materials include steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and composites.
Installation is performed by qualified CNC machinists or tooling technicians. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is in a safe state before changing tooling. Seat the 1/8-inch shank fully and evenly in the collet or toolholder before torquing to the holder manufacturer's specification. Verify runout with a dial indicator after installation, as miniature-diameter tools are especially sensitive to concentricity error at the holder interface.
