The HARVEY TOOL 24210-C8 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations across a wide range of materials. With a 5/32-inch (0.1562-inch) cutting diameter and a 9/16-inch (0.562-inch) length of cut, this end mill delivers clean, flat-bottomed cuts in tight geometries. The 45-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and reduces cutting forces, which helps maintain surface finish quality at higher feed rates. A Titanium Diboride (TiB2) coating adds hardness and lubricity to the cutting surfaces, extending tool life in abrasive and non-ferrous materials. This is a single-end tool packaged individually.

This end mill is suited for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills where small-diameter, high-precision profiling, slotting, or contouring is required. The 3/16-inch shank diameter fits standard collets and end mill holders commonly found in job shops, tool rooms, and production environments. Its center-cutting geometry allows plunge entry.
