The HARVEY TOOL 24208 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It features a 1/8-inch cutting diameter with a 1/2-inch length of cut and a 1-1/2-inch overall length. The 2-flute geometry with a 45-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. The centercutting design allows for plunge entry into the workpiece. This end mill is uncoated and runs right-hand cut with right-hand flute orientation, making it a standard configuration for general-purpose milling applications.
This end mill is suited for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills where tight tolerances and fine detail work are required. Its compact 1/8-inch diameter and short overall length make it well-suited for slotting, profiling, and pocket milling in small-feature parts.
