The HARVEY TOOL 19193 is a solid carbide double angle milling cutter designed for precise V-groove, chamfer, and angular milling operations on CNC machining centers and manual mills. It features a 90-degree included angle, a 3/32-inch cutting diameter, and a 3/64-inch cutting width, making it well suited for fine detail work in tight geometries. The 1/8-inch shank diameter keeps the tool compact and compatible with standard collet systems. With only 2 teeth and an uncoated bright finish, it is optimized for aluminum, brass, and other non-ferrous materials where edge sharpness and chip clearance take priority over coating hardness.
This cutter is used in precision machining applications where accurate angular profiles, dovetail lead-ins, or engraving-style cuts are required. It is a common tool in aerospace, mold and die, medical device, and general job-shop environments. The short neck length of 9/64 inches and a 1-1/2-inch overall length make it appropriate for shallow-depth angular features where minimizing tool deflection is critical. Machinists and CNC operators in production and prototype shops are the primary users of this tool.
Designed as an OEM-style precision cutting tool for use in CNC machining centers and manual milling machines equipped with 1/8-inch collet or tool-holder systems.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC operator. Secure the shank fully in a clean, properly sized collet or tool holder and verify runout before cutting. Ensure the spindle is at a full stop before tool changes. Follow shop safety protocols and applicable OSHA machining guidelines when operating rotary cutting tools.
