The HARVEY TOOL 15304-C1 is a solid carbide drill mill designed for combined drilling and milling operations in a single tool. With a 1/16 inch cutting diameter and a 90-degree point angle, it handles center drilling, spotting, chamfering, and light milling in one setup. The 4-flute geometry provides a balance of chip clearance and cutting edge support. A titanium nitride (TiN) coating reduces friction and extends tool life in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Machinists and toolroom operators use this tool to reduce tool changes and maintain positional accuracy on tight-tolerance parts.
This drill mill is suited for small-part machining, mold and die work, and precision fixture work where a compact, multi-function rotary tool is required. The 1/8 inch shank diameter makes it compatible with standard ER collet chucks and small end mill holders found on CNC machining centers and manual knee mills. It is particularly useful when working in confined areas or on small-scale features where a full-size drill mill would be impractical.
Designed for use with standard 1/8 inch collet chucks and end mill holders on CNC machining centers, vertical mills, and similar rotary tool setups.
Installation and use should be performed by a qualified machinist or toolroom technician. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is powered down before inserting or removing the tool from the holder. Secure the shank fully within the collet or holder to the recommended engagement depth before operation. Do not exceed the tool's rated cutting parameters for the workpiece material.
