With a 0.100-inch cutting diameter, 0.300-inch flute length, and a compact 1.5-inch overall length, this drill is well suited for tight-clearance work and precise CNC or manual machining setups. This spotting drill is intended for general-purpose spotting and countersinking applications on machining centers, drill presses, and manual mills. The straight cylindrical shank diameter of 0.125 inches fits standard collet chucks and toolholders commonly found in production and job-shop environments. Its right-hand cutting direction and two-flute spiral configuration make it compatible with standard spindle rotation. The single-ended design and short flute length are optimized for rigidity and accurate spot depth control across a range of workpiece materials.
