The HARVEY TOOL 11040-C3 is a combined drill and countersink designed for simultaneous center drilling and countersinking in a single pass. Built from solid carbide with an AlTiN coating, this tool handles hardened steels, stainless, and other demanding materials where high-speed steel would wear prematurely. The No. 2 trade size features a 3/16 inch body diameter, a 5/64 inch drill point diameter, and a 118-degree drill point angle. At 2 inches overall length, it fits standard toolholders used in CNC machining centers, manual lathes, and mill-drill setups. The 60-degree included angle produces a standard countersink profile. Right-hand cut with a plain cutting edge style.

This combined drill countersink is used in metalworking operations where precise center holes and countersink profiles are required before turning or grinding between centers. It is well suited for production machining environments, tool rooms, and job shops working in ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
