The HARVEY TOOL 11010 is a combined drill and countersink designed for precision center-drilling and countersinking in a single operation. Built from solid carbide with a bright uncoated finish, this double-end tool handles both spotting and chamfering without a tool change. The 118-degree drill point angle and 60-degree included countersink angle are machined into a 1/8-inch body diameter, making it well-suited for small-diameter work where accuracy and concentricity are critical. At 1-1/2 inches overall length, it fits standard drill chucks and collet holders used on CNC mills, manual lathes, and machining centers. Machinists, tool and die makers, and precision fabricators are the primary installers and operators of this tool.
This combined drill countersink is used in metalworking and precision machining environments where center holes must be drilled and chamfered to accept lathe centers, fastener countersinks, or deburring operations. The Size 00 designation targets very small workpieces or tight-tolerance center-drilling applications. The right-hand cutting direction is compatible with standard spindle rotation on conventional mills and lathes. It is appropriate for use in both production and job-shop settings where solid carbide tooling is selected for its rigidity, wear resistance, and dimensional accuracy.
Designed as an OEM-style combined drill and countersink for use in standard drill chucks and collet systems accepting a 1/8-inch shank diameter on CNC or manual machine tools.
A licensed machinist or trained tool operator should install and run this tool. Secure the tool firmly in a collet or drill chuck rated for the spindle speed and material being cut before starting the machine. Inspect both cutting ends for chips or damage before use, and replace the tool if any edge deterioration is visible. Follow the machine manufacturer's guidelines and applicable shop safety standards for tool runout tolerances and maximum spindle RPM for carbide tooling at this diameter.
