Hanwha Vision XRN-820S-4TB 8K Nvr 4TB 8CH 8 Poe

Product Description

The HANWHA VISION - US XRN-820S-4TB is an 8K network video recorder (NVR) built for professional security installations. It ships with 4TB of raw storage and supports 8 channels with 8 built-in Power over Ethernet (PoE) ports, allowing direct camera connections without a separate switch. The integrated PoE ports simplify cabling and reduce rack space requirements. Designed for high-resolution surveillance systems, this NVR handles 8K video streams, making it well-suited for environments where image detail is critical. Security integrators and low-voltage technicians are the primary installers for this class of equipment.

The XRN-820S-4TB is intended for commercial and enterprise security deployments where centralized IP camera management is required. The 8-channel capacity with onboard PoE suits medium-density camera layouts in facilities such as retail spaces, offices, warehouses, and similar environments. The 4TB onboard storage provides local recording capacity without requiring an external NAS or storage expansion at initial deployment.

Installation Notes

Installation should be performed by a licensed low-voltage or security systems technician familiar with IP networking and NVR configuration. Power down all connected cameras and network equipment before servicing or relocating the unit. Rack-mount or shelf-mount placement should provide adequate ventilation around the unit. Local codes and the manufacturer documentation should be consulted for network segmentation and power load requirements.
