The Hall Technologies U22-160 is a USB 2.0 extender. It allows connection of USB devices up to fifty meters away using a single Cat5e or Cat6 cable. This device supports data rates up to four hundred eighty megabits per second. The local side receives power from the computer, and Power-over-Cable technology powers the remote side. A power supply is included for devices that need extra power. The built-in two-port hub allows for connection of two USB devices. It is suitable for various applications in industrial and commercial settings.
