The HALEX/SCOTT FETZER 64415 is a 1-1/2 inch EMT 90 degree elbow designed to change the direction of an electrical metallic tubing conduit run by 90 degrees. Constructed from galvanized steel, this fitting provides corrosion resistance in standard indoor and outdoor electrical installations. It is UL Listed, confirming compliance with recognized safety standards. Each package contains 4 elbows. Licensed electricians and electrical contractors install this type of fitting as part of branch circuit, feeder, and service conduit systems in commercial and residential wiring work.
This fitting is used wherever a 90 degree directional change is required in an EMT conduit system. Common applications include running conduit along walls, ceilings, and structural members in light commercial buildings, multi-family residential construction, and industrial facilities. The 1-1/2 inch trade size accommodates larger wire bundles and higher-capacity circuits. It is typically installed in concealed or exposed conduit systems where EMT is the code-approved raceway method.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard fitting for use with 1-1/2 inch electrical metallic tubing conduit systems.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local codes. De-energize and lock out all circuits before working on any conduit system. Use appropriate conduit benders, reaming tools, and set-screw or compression couplings as required by the raceway design. Ensure all fittings are properly secured and continuity of the grounding path is maintained throughout the conduit system.
