The HALEX/SCOTT FETZER 64412 is a 1-1/4 inch EMT 90 degree elbow used to make a right-angle direction change in a run of Electrical Metallic Tubing conduit. Constructed from galvanized steel, this fitting provides corrosion resistance in typical commercial and residential wiring installations. The 90 degree bend allows conduit runs to transition around corners, obstacles, or structural elements without cutting or bending the tubing itself. This fitting is UL Listed and is installed by licensed electricians during new construction, renovation, or panel work where EMT conduit systems are specified. Each package contains 5 elbows.
This elbow is suited for use in residential and light commercial electrical installations where EMT conduit is the raceway of choice. Common applications include branch circuit wiring in exposed or semi-exposed locations such as basements, utility rooms, mechanical spaces, and commercial interiors. It is used wherever a conduit run requires a 90 degree change of direction and the conduit size is 1-1/4 inches.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement fitting for use with standard 1-1/4 inch Electrical Metallic Tubing conduit systems in residential and commercial electrical installations.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all applicable local codes. De-energize the circuit and verify power is off before working on any conduit system. Secure the elbow to the conduit using appropriate set-screw or compression-type couplings rated for EMT. Do not overtighten fittings in a way that deforms the tubing or compromises the mechanical connection.
