The HALEX/SCOTT FETZER 26155 is a 1-hole, snap-on electrical metallic tubing (EMT) strap sized for 1-1/2 inch conduit. Made from steel, it secures EMT runs to framing, joists, strut, and similar structural surfaces. Each package contains two straps. The snap-on design allows for fast, tool-light installation, making it a practical choice for electricians working on branch circuit runs, panel feeds, and conduit bundles in both new construction and retrofit applications. At 3.18 pounds per package of 10, these are a reliable stock item for conduit work on the bench or in the field.
This strap is suited for residential and light commercial electrical installations where 1-1/2 inch EMT must be supported at required intervals per NEC code. Typical installations include panel rooms, utility spaces, mechanical rooms, and exposed conduit runs along walls or ceilings. The UPC polybag packaging keeps pairs together for easy jobsite inventory management.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard fitment strap for 1-1/2 inch EMT conduit in residential and light commercial electrical installations.
Installation is performed by a licensed electrician. Power down the relevant circuit or panel section before working near energized conductors. Secure EMT at intervals required by the NEC, typically no more than every 10 feet and within 3 feet of each box or fitting. Use a fastener appropriate for the substrate — wood screws for framing, concrete anchors for masonry, machine screws for strut.
