The HALEX/SCOTT FETZER 23212 is a 3/4 inch electrical metallic tubing (EMT) set screw connector sold in a 5-pack. It secures EMT conduit to electrical enclosures, junction boxes, and panels using a set screw fastening method. Constructed from die cast zinc, these connectors are rated concrete tight, making them suitable for use in direct-contact concrete applications. Licensed electricians install these during rough-in wiring on residential and commercial projects where EMT is the specified raceway system.
This connector is used wherever 3/4 inch EMT terminates at an enclosure or panel. Typical applications include commercial construction, industrial installations, and residential electrical rough-in work. The concrete tight rating makes it appropriate for slab-level and embedded conduit runs where moisture and debris ingress must be controlled. The 5-pack format suits single-trade service calls and small-to-mid-scale conduit jobs.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard-use connector for 3/4 inch EMT conduit systems in residential and commercial electrical installations.
Installation is performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with applicable NEC requirements for EMT raceway systems. De-energize all circuits and verify lockout/tagout procedures before working at any panel or enclosure. Tighten the set screw to firm engagement using the appropriate hex key — do not overtighten to the point of stripping the screw or deforming the connector body. Inspect the concrete tight seal area before embedding or placing in contact with concrete to confirm it is free of damage.
