The HALEX/SCOTT FETZER 12310 is a 1-inch EMT set screw connector designed to secure and terminate electrical metallic tubing to a knockout in a concrete-tight box or dry location. Constructed from die cast zinc, this connector provides a reliable mechanical connection between EMT conduit and outlet boxes, junction boxes, and enclosures. The set screw design allows for quick, tool-simple installation without the need for specialized fittings. Each package contains 15 connectors. This fitting is UL and CSA listed, making it suitable for use in code-compliant electrical installations handled by licensed electricians and qualified electrical contractors.
This connector is used in residential and commercial electrical conduit work where 1-inch EMT must be terminated at a panel, junction box, or enclosure knockout. It is rated for dry locations and concrete-tight applications, making it appropriate for installations in utility rooms, basements, garages, and above-grade commercial spaces. The 15-piece package quantity suits service calls and small rough-in jobs where multiple terminations are required at a single location or across a run.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard-fit connector for 1-inch electrical metallic tubing in dry-location conduit systems terminating at knockout-style enclosures and boxes.
Installation is performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC). De-energize and lock out all circuits before beginning any conduit termination work. Insert the EMT conduit end into the connector body, seat it fully against the shoulder, and tighten the set screw securely to maintain the mechanical and electrical bond. Confirm the connector is properly seated in the knockout and that the locknut is tightened to prevent rotation before restoring power.
