The HALEX SCOTT FETZER 94105 is a 1/2 inch corner pull elbow designed for use with threaded rigid conduit and IMC (Intermediate Metal Conduit) installations. It provides a clean, accessible transition point at shared bends in a conduit run, allowing electricians to pull conductors through without fighting tight corners or obstructions. The removable cover opens the elbow body for direct wire access, significantly reducing pull tension and installation time on complex runs. This fitting ships in a package quantity of 15 units and weighs 2.7 pounds per package.
The 94105 is used in commercial and industrial electrical installations where threaded rigid conduit or IMC changes direction. It is especially useful in pull runs with multiple bends, where pulling conductors through a standard elbow would create excessive friction or risk conductor jacket damage. Licensed electricians typically install this fitting during conduit rough-in on new construction or retrofit projects requiring rigid conduit systems.
Designed for use with 1/2 inch threaded rigid conduit and Intermediate Metal Conduit (IMC) systems where a corner pull point is required in the conduit run.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with NEC Article 344 for rigid metal conduit and Article 342 for IMC. De-energize all circuits in the conduit run before opening any existing fittings or pulling conductors. Thread the elbow body securely onto the conduit before pulling wire, and replace the removable cover fully after conductors are seated to maintain system protection and code compliance.
