Halco 55104 is an electromagnetic HID ballast kit designed to operate a single 50W LU50 high pressure sodium (ANSI S68) lamp from a 120V single-tap supply. The reactor-circuit core-and-coil ballast uses a standard start method for commercial and industrial HID HPS applications and is rated for 60 Hz operation. The kit includes an ignitor, capacitor, and mounting/bracket hardware and is rated to start down to -40°F (-40°C).
