The HAILIANG v-hlr-050-0875 is a 7/8-inch outer diameter copper refrigeration coil supplied in a 50-foot length. Soft-drawn copper coil in this diameter is a standard material in refrigeration and HVAC line set fabrication, used to connect condensing units, evaporator coils, and refrigerant distribution components. The coil format allows field bending and cutting to length without specialized equipment, making it practical for a wide range of installation layouts. At 22.74 pounds, the coil ships as a single manageable spool. HVAC technicians and refrigeration mechanics are the primary installers of this product type.
This coil is suited for refrigeration and air conditioning applications where 7/8-inch ACR copper tubing is specified. Typical uses include suction line runs on medium and larger residential or light commercial split systems, refrigeration rack connections, and custom line set fabrication. The 50-foot length provides enough material for most single-system installations or partial runs on larger jobs. The coil can be cut, flared, swaged, or brazed using standard copper refrigeration techniques.
Designed as an ACR-grade soft copper coil suitable for use as suction or refrigerant line material in residential and light commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems where 7/8-inch outer diameter copper tubing is specified.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC or refrigeration technician. Recover and isolate any refrigerant from the system before cutting or brazing into an existing circuit, in accordance with EPA Section 608 requirements. Use a tubing cutter sized for 7/8-inch copper to produce a clean, square cut, and ream the end to remove burrs before flaring or brazing. Nitrogen purging during brazing is required to prevent internal oxidation scale that can damage compressors and metering devices.
