The HAILIANG v-hlr-050-0625 is a soft-drawn copper refrigeration tubing coil used to connect refrigerant circuits in HVAC and refrigeration systems. Manufactured from copper with an O60 temper designation, this coil measures 5/8 inch outside diameter with a 1/2 inch inside diameter and spans 50 feet per coil. The soft temper allows field bending without cracking, making it well suited for routing refrigerant lines around obstacles and through tight spaces. It carries NSF certification and ships as a single coil unit. HVAC technicians and refrigeration service pros install this tubing when running suction, discharge, or liquid refrigerant lines during new installations or system replacements.
This coil is appropriate for residential and light commercial HVAC and refrigeration applications where 5/8 inch OD copper line set tubing is required. The 50-foot length provides enough run for most residential split-system installations connecting an outdoor condensing unit to an indoor air handler or evaporator coil. The soft-drawn O60 temper allows hand or tool bending in the field without annealing. It is sold by the individual coil.
Designed for use as refrigerant line tubing in residential and light commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems requiring 5/8 inch OD soft-drawn copper tubing. Confirm line sizing requirements against the equipment manufacturer specifications before installation.
Copper refrigeration tubing installation is performed by EPA Section 608 certified HVAC technicians or licensed refrigeration mechanics. Recover all refrigerant and verify the system is depressurized before cutting or connecting tubing. Cut tubing with a dedicated copper tubing cutter to produce a clean, square end, and ream all cut ends to remove burrs before brazing or flaring. Follow applicable mechanical codes and the equipment manufacturer guidelines for line sizing, support spacing, and refrigerant type.
