The Hager BB1279 is a 4.5" x 4.5" full mortise, five knuckle ball bearing hinge with a non-removable pin (NRP). These security hinges are used with out-swinging doors with locking hardware, typically found on exterior doors that swing outward. A set screw in the barrel prevents removal of the hinge pin. Complies with NFPA80 requirements for use on fire-rated door assemblies.
