The GWS 121555 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in demanding metalworking and machining applications. Built on the Series 1030 platform, it features a 1/4 inch cutting diameter, a 0.312 inch length of cut, and a 4-flute geometry with a 38-degree variable helix. The variable helix reduces harmonic chatter, improving surface finish and tool life at higher feed rates. An nACRo coating provides thermal resistance and lubricity, extending performance in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. This tool is installed and operated by machinists and CNC programmers working in job shops, aerospace, and general manufacturing environments.

The 121555 is suited for slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling passes where a standard-length, single-end tool is appropriate.
