Product Description

The GWS 121533 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance metal removal in demanding machining environments. It features a 0.5 inch diameter, a 0.015 inch corner radius, and four flutes arranged in a variable helix, variable index configuration. The variable helix geometry reduces harmonic vibration and chatter during cuts, improving surface finish and tool life. With a submicron carbide grade and FX1 coating classification, this end mill is built for both roughing and finishing passes. It is installed by machinists and CNC operators working in job shops, production facilities, and tool rooms.

This end mill is suited for cutting steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials. The long flute length of 2.25 inches supports deeper axial cuts in applications where standard-length tools fall short. The straight cylindrical shank with h6 tolerance fits standard end mill holders and collet chucks.
