The GWS 120992 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill engineered for demanding roughing and finishing operations in metalworking environments. It features a 3/8-inch cutting diameter with a 0.015-inch corner radius, five flutes, and a variable helix and variable index geometry that reduces harmonic chatter during aggressive cuts. The short-length design offers a 5/8-inch length of cut and 2-inch overall length, keeping the tool rigid in confined setups. The FX1 coating and submicron carbide grade support performance across a range of hard and abrasive workpiece materials. Installation Notes
