The GWS 120969 is a single-end square end mill designed for precision metal removal in demanding milling applications. Built from submicron-grade solid carbide, it measures 3/4 inches in diameter with a 2-1/4 inch length of cut and a 5-inch overall length. The five-flute geometry paired with a 38-degree variable helix delivers improved chip evacuation and reduced chatter at higher feed rates. An nACRo coating protects the cutting edges against heat and wear, extending tool life in abrasive and hard materials. This tool is installed and operated by machinists and CNC programmers working in job shops, production machining environments, and toolroom settings.

The GWS 120969 Series 1035 end mill is suited for milling ferrous and non-ferrous metals where extended reach is not required. The right-hand cutting and right-hand flute direction make it compatible with conventional CNC machining centers and manual knee mills running standard spindle rotation.
