Product Description

The GWS 120550 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in demanding metalworking applications. It features a 3/16 inch (0.1875 inch) diameter with a matching 3/16 inch straight-cylindrical shank, a 0.0600 inch corner radius, and 4 flutes configured in a right-hand spiral with variable helix and variable index geometry. Overall length is 2 inches with a length of cut of approximately 0.1730 inches. The submicron carbide grade provides the hardness and wear resistance needed for roughing and finishing passes on tough workpiece materials. Licensed machinists and CNC operators install this tool in standard end mill toolholders.

This end mill is built for both roughing and finishing operations on steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, hard materials, and stainless steel. The single-end, centercutting design allows plunge entry and versatile toolpath strategies.
