The GWS 105059 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling applications. It features a 1/8 inch cutting diameter, a 1/2 inch length of cut, and three right-hand flutes with a 37-degree helix angle. The ZrN (zirconium nitride) coating reduces friction and heat buildup, extending tool life in demanding cuts. Built from submicron-grade solid carbide, this end mill delivers the rigidity and edge retention needed for precision work in aluminum and other non-ferrous materials. It is a single-end, center-cutting tool with right-hand flute direction and an overall length of 1.5 inches.

Installation Notes
