The GWS 103153 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling applications, particularly in aluminum and non-ferrous materials. Built on the Alumigator Series 1026 platform, it features a 1/4 inch diameter with a 3/8 inch length of cut and a 37-degree helix angle that promotes efficient chip evacuation and reduces built-up edge. The ZrN (zirconium nitride) coating adds surface hardness and lubricity, extending tool life in abrasive cuts. With three flutes and a right-hand cutting direction, this end mill is suited for finish and semi-finish passes where surface quality matters. It is a centercutting, single-end tool with a submicron carbide grade substrate.

This end mill is intended for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills working with aluminum, plastics, and other non-ferrous workpiece materials.
