The GWS 103126 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance aluminum milling applications. Part of the Alumigator Series 1025, it features a 1/4 inch cutting diameter, a 3/4 inch length of cut, and a 37-degree helix angle optimized for aggressive chip evacuation in non-ferrous materials. The ZrN (zirconium nitride) finish reduces built-up edge and extends tool life in aluminum, brass, and similar soft metals. With 3 flutes and an upcut flute geometry, this end mill is suited for slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling where chip clearance and finish quality are priorities. Licensed machinists and CNC operators working in job shops, aerospace component shops, and general manufacturing will find it a direct fit for standard aluminum work.

This end mill is applied in CNC machining centers and manual mills where a 1/4 inch shank toolholder is in use.
