The GUHRING 9067590063520 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for demanding metal removal in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, and titanium. Built on the RF100 Series 6759 platform, it features a 1/4-inch mill diameter with a 0.015-inch corner radius, four flutes, and a variable helix geometry that reduces harmonics and improves surface finish across both roughing and finishing passes. The nano-Si coating extends tool life in high-hardness and abrasive workpiece materials. At 2.5 inches overall length with a 1/2-inch length of cut, this end mill is suited for general-purpose milling where corner integrity and tool longevity are priorities. It is installed in standard end mill holders with a straight-cylindrical 1/4-inch shank.
This end mill is intended for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills where the workpiece material falls within the steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloy, titanium, non-ferrous, or hard material categories. The variable helix and variable index design make it well suited for interrupted cuts, thin-wall features, and applications where chatter suppression is critical. It is a single-end, right-hand cut, right-hand flute tool. Typical users include machinist shops, toolrooms, and production environments running ferrous and difficult-to-machine alloys.
Designed for use with standard end mill holders. Compatible with workpiece materials including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, non-ferrous metals, and hard materials. Part of the GUHRING RF100 Series 6759 platform.
Installation is performed by machinists using a standard end mill holder; verify holder bore tolerance matches the h6 shank before clamping. Confirm machine spindle is fully stopped and de-energized before tool changes. Inspect the shank seating depth and runout with a dial indicator before beginning a cut. Follow the tool manufacturer and machine builder guidelines for speeds, feeds, and depth of cut for the specific workpiece material.
