The GUHRING 9065110095200 is a solid carbide extra length drill bit designed for deep hole drilling applications in demanding production environments. Built to Series 6511 specifications, it features a TiAlN coating, a 135-degree split point, and a web-thinned tapered web configuration that reduces entry force and improves chip evacuation. The 3/8-inch (0.3750 inches) diameter bit has an overall length of 271 millimeters and a flute length of 227 millimeters, providing a 20xD flute-to-diameter ratio suited to extended reach work. Internal coolant-through capability supports high-speed metal removal while managing heat at the cutting zone. Right-hand spiral flutes with a standard point geometry complete the design. Licensed machinists, toolroom technicians, and CNC operators are the primary installers.

Secondary workpiece material compatibility includes aluminum and titanium alloy. Do not exceed the rated maximum drilling depth of approximately 261 millimeters in a single pass without a verified pecking or chip-clearing cycle.
