The GUHRING 9055190095200 is a cobalt jobber length drill bit designed for demanding metal drilling applications. Built to DIN 338 standards, it features a titanium nitride (TiN) coating over an M35 cobalt steel body, delivering improved wear resistance and heat tolerance compared to standard HSS bits. The 3/8-inch (0.3750 inch) diameter bit has a four-facet split point at 118 degrees, a regular spiral flute, and a web-thinned, tapered web configuration. Overall length is 133 mm with a flute length of 87 mm. Licensed machinists, tool and die techs, and industrial maintenance personnel are the primary installers of this tool.

This bit is installed by machinists or maintenance technicians using a keyed or keyless drill chuck on a drill press, mill, or handheld power drill. Coolant-through is not supported on this bit, so external coolant or cutting fluid should be applied when drilling harder materials to manage heat buildup.
