The GUHRING 9007320103200 is a solid carbide jobber length drill bit designed for precise, repeatable hole-making in non-ferrous and aluminum workpiece materials. Built to DIN specification in Series 732, it features a 118-degree faceted drill point and a web-thinned tip geometry that reduces entry force and improves centering accuracy. The bright uncoated carbide construction delivers excellent chip clearance through two spiral flutes with a regular spiral type. With an overall length of 133 mm (5.24 inches) and a flute length of 87 mm (3.43 inches), this bit fits standard jobber-length applications where a consistent 5xD flute-to-diameter ratio is required. Machinists, toolroom technicians, and CNC operators working on aluminum components will find this bit suited to general-purpose production drilling.
The 9007320103200 is intended for drilling aluminum and similar non-ferrous materials in general-purpose machining environments, including both manual drill press setups and CNC machining centers. The straight-cylindrical shank with an h8 diameter tolerance seats securely in standard drill chucks and collet holders sized for a 10.32 mm (0.406 inch) shank. It is appropriate for job shop, production, and maintenance-repair operations where a reliable carbide jobber bit in the 13/32 inch size range is needed. Coolant-through capability is not included, so flood or mist coolant applied externally is recommended for extended runs.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-use solid carbide jobber drill in the 13/32 inch (0.4062 inch) diameter class, fitting standard drill chucks and collet systems accepting a 10.32 mm straight-cylindrical shank.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or toolroom technician. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and locked out before inserting or removing the bit from the chuck or collet. Verify the chuck or collet bore is clean and free of chips before seating the shank to maintain runout within acceptable limits. Do not exceed the maximum drilling depth of 71.52 mm (2.816 inches) per the manufacturer specification without retracting to clear chips.
