Built from M35 cobalt high-speed steel and finished with a TiN (titanium nitride) coating, this bit delivers elevated heat resistance and edge retention compared to standard HSS tooling. The 130-degree split point reduces thrust and self-centers on entry without a pilot hole. At 2.5984 inches overall length with a 1.1024-inch flute, the short body adds rigidity and minimizes deflection in CNC machining centers, turret lathes, and automatic screw machines.
