The GUARDIAN FALL PROTECTION 37150 is a Series 3 full-body fall protection harness built for construction and industrial jobsite use in sizes XL through XXL. Water-repellent webbing resists moisture and holds up to daily wear while remaining straightforward to inspect during pre-use checks. A spring-loaded torso adjuster allows a tailored fit without tools. Quick-connect buckles are located at both the chest and legs for fast donning and doffing. An integrated SRL adapter loop keeps the dorsal D-ring free for clean lanyard or SRL connection. Removable, lightweight shoulder padding increases all-day wearability on extended shifts.
Designed for workers on construction sites, roofing projects, steel erection, and general industrial applications where fall protection is required by OSHA standards. The Series 3 harness is well suited to residential and commercial construction crews, scaffold work, and elevated maintenance tasks. The larger XL through XXL size range accommodates a broad range of body types without compromising fit or load distribution. A label cover protects the compliance and inspection label from abrasion and jobsite grime, keeping required documentation legible throughout the service life of the harness.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or primary harness for use with standard snap hooks, carabiners, self-retracting lifelines, and lanyards meeting ANSI Z359 and OSHA 1926 Subpart M fall protection requirements.
Donning and adjustment should be performed by a competent person trained in fall protection per OSHA 29 CFR 1926.503. Inspect all webbing, buckles, D-rings, and stitching before each use and remove the harness from service immediately if any damage, cuts, burns, or chemical exposure is found. Ensure all quick-connect buckles are fully seated and all adjusters are snugged before approaching any elevated work area. Follow the manufacturer's inspection and retirement schedule as documented on the harness label.
