The GUARDAIR U75XT036AA3 is a pistol-grip air blow gun equipped with a Maximum Power Venturi Nozzle, designed for high-thrust compressed-air blowdown tasks in industrial and trade environments. The venturi nozzle design amplifies airflow to deliver 66 standard cubic feet per minute (SCFM) and a maximum transmissible thrust of 3.30 force units, making it effective for clearing chips, debris, and moisture from machinery, tooling, and workspaces. The aluminum body keeps the tool lightweight without sacrificing durability under continuous shop use. A 36-inch extension tube reaches into confined areas without requiring the operator to reposition. This tool is installed and used by maintenance technicians, machinists, and general industrial trades.
The U75XT036AA3 is suited for use at industrial workstations, machine shops, fabrication facilities, and maintenance bays where high-thrust air blowdown is needed at reach. The 36-inch tube length allows operators to direct airflow into enclosed cavities, along conveyor lines, or around machinery without contact. The pistol-grip body style provides controlled, single-hand operation. The inlet accepts a standard 3/8 NPT compressed-air line, making it compatible with common shop air distribution systems. The unit is OSHA compliant for industrial blowdown applications.
Designed for use with standard compressed-air systems equipped with 3/8 NPT female connections. Compatible with typical shop air distribution lines operating at pressures standard for industrial blowdown applications.
Connection is made by a licensed or qualified maintenance technician using standard pipe thread fittings on a compressed-air distribution line. Depressurize and isolate the air supply line before threading the 3/8 NPT inlet fitting to avoid uncontrolled air release. Apply appropriate thread sealant to the male NPT fitting before connection. Always direct the nozzle away from personnel during use and verify the operating pressure does not exceed the rated capacity of the air line assembly.
