The GUARDAIR U75XT018AA3 is a pistol-grip air blow gun fitted with a maximum power venturi nozzle, designed for high-thrust compressed air work in industrial and trade settings. The venturi nozzle design amplifies airflow to deliver a rated 66 standard cubic feet per minute (SCFM) and a maximum transmissible thrust of 3.30, making it one of the more forceful blow guns in its class. The aluminum body keeps weight manageable at 1.4 pounds while providing durability in shop and field use. An 18-inch extension tube gives technicians standoff clearance when clearing chips, debris, or coolant from machinery, parts, or work surfaces. The gun meets OSHA compliance standards for safe air blow gun use.
The U75XT018AA3 is suited for maintenance technicians, machinists, HVAC service professionals, and industrial tradespeople who need a reliable, high-output blow gun for daily shop use. The 3/8 NPT female inlet threads into standard compressed air quick-connect fittings and drop lines found in most shop and service environments. The 18-inch rigid tube is well matched to applications requiring reach into machinery, enclosures, or component cavities without direct contact. The pistol grip provides controlled, one-handed operation. A patented adjustable hanging hook allows convenient storage at the work station between uses.
Designed for use with standard compressed air systems equipped with 3/8 NPT female inlet connections. Compatible with typical shop drop lines and quick-connect fittings using 3/8 NPT threading.
Installation is performed by maintenance technicians or tradespeople familiar with compressed air systems. Depressurize the air line and relieve all pressure before connecting or disconnecting the blow gun. Thread the 3/8 NPT inlet fitting hand-tight, then snug with a wrench — do not overtighten aluminum fittings. Verify the connected air supply pressure is within the system rating before use, and never direct the airstream toward personnel.
