The GUARDAIR INF5060AA is a heavy-duty in-line air blow gun fitted with a high-power venturi nozzle, built for demanding industrial and construction cleaning applications. The aluminum body and aluminum nozzle keep weight manageable while standing up to harsh job-site conditions. With a flow rate of 185 standard cubic feet per minute (SCFM) through a 3/4 NPT inlet, this gun is engineered to work with tow-behind compressors or large in-plant compressor systems. The 60-inch tube extends reach into confined spaces, trenches, or large machinery without repositioning. Operating range spans 0 degrees F to 240 degrees F, making it suitable across a wide range of ambient and process conditions.
This blow gun is designed for heavy-duty industrial and construction cleaning work where standard blow guns lack the airflow to move debris efficiently. Typical applications include clearing chips and swarf from machined parts, blowing out large fabrication areas, cleaning construction forms, and purging dust from heavy equipment. The in-line body style keeps the airstream aligned with the tube for direct, controlled thrust. It pairs with high-output compressor systems that can sustain the required volume flow, making it a fit for manufacturing plants, construction sites, and fleet maintenance facilities.
Engineered to be paired with tow-behind or large in-plant compressors capable of sustaining the required flow volume. Inlet size is 3/4 NPT, compatible with standard 3/4-inch compressed-air supply connections.
Installation is performed by a qualified maintenance technician or compressed-air system operator. Shut off and bleed the compressed-air supply line before connecting or disconnecting the blow gun. Ensure the supply system can sustain the required SCFM at operating pressure before use. Follow OSHA 29 CFR 1910.242(b) dead-end pressure requirements and applicable facility safety procedures when operating air blow guns.
