The GUARDAIR HT130 is a heavy-duty air blow gun fitted with a supersonic nozzle and a 48-inch extension tube, designed for industrial and trade blowoff applications requiring high-volume airflow at close range. It delivers 150 standard cubic feet per minute (SCFM) through a 3/4 NPT inlet connection, making it well suited for clearing chips, debris, and moisture from workpieces, machinery, and equipment. The supersonic nozzle design accelerates airflow efficiently while maintaining the gun's structural integrity under continuous shop-air pressure. Maintenance technicians, machinists, and industrial service professionals are the primary users of this tool.
The HT130 is appropriate for use in manufacturing facilities, machine shops, HVAC equipment rooms, and general industrial service environments where extended reach and high SCFM output are required. The 48-inch tube allows operators to direct airflow into confined spaces, deep cavities, or areas that are difficult to access with a standard-length blow gun. Its 3/4 NPT inlet suits most standard shop-air distribution systems. This tool is not intended for light-duty or consumer applications.
Designed for connection to standard industrial compressed-air systems with a 3/4 NPT threaded inlet. Verify that the supply line, fittings, and regulator are rated for the flow and pressure demands of a 150 SCFM blow gun before installation.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with compressed-air system plumbing. Shut off and bleed the compressed-air supply line before connecting or disconnecting the blow gun. Ensure all fittings are thread-sealed and tightened appropriately to prevent air leaks. At 124 dB, this tool exceeds OSHA noise-exposure thresholds — always wear rated hearing protection during operation, and follow applicable OSHA 29 CFR 1910.95 guidelines for noise in the workplace.
