    The shaft seal was the only part that fit (this IS the critical part for motor shaft leaks caused when a pump has been run while dry). The housing o-ring was smaller than the one on my pump, so I am unsure if it is the correct one (there is no part list with kit, so impossible to know). This is also a key part for leaks that occur around the pump housing. I tried it anyway and it leaked, so I reused the old one.

    The large, square stainless plate with four holes was NOT correct for my JPS4 pump which is circular and has no holes. Fortunately the existing plate was in good conditiion, so was cleaned up and reused. I'm not sure where the problems with this kit originate (seal was only usable part out of 3 supplied), whether misidentified as for a JPS4 pump by Voomi or Grundfos.
